Job Overview


We are looking for a Sales Counselor to join our team at NEXUS JOBS. As a Sales Counselor, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our talent staffing services and providing end-to-end manpower solutions to our clients. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a passion for business development and strategic planning.


Qualifications and Skills


  • 1-3 years of experience in sales
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and business development skills
  • Strategic planning and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
  • Degree in Business Administration or relevant field

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure timely delivery of candidates
