Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement quality assurance policies and procedures for textile products
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations for textile manufacturing
  • Conduct quality audits and inspections to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to resolve quality issues
  • Train and mentor quality control staff to uphold product quality standards


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Textile Engineering or related field
  • Proven experience in quality assurance and control in the textile industry
  • Knowledge of textile manufacturing processes and quality standards
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities
