Job Overview


TechFun Consultant is hiring a Customer Care Executive for their dynamic and exciting realm of forex trading. This role is ideal for freshers with less than 1 year of experience who possess excellent communication skills, empathy, problem-solving abilities, patience, active listening skills, conflict resolution expertise, time management capabilities, and adaptability. The job location options include Indore, Gurgaon, and Jaipur, and the employment type is Full-Time.

Roles and Responsibilities


  • 1. Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about forex trading.
  • 2. Address customer issues and resolve them effectively to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • 3. Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions to maintain customer databases.
  • 4. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • 5. Assist with customer onboarding, account management, and trading platform navigation to enhance their trading experience.
