1. We are looking for people with deep understanding of Financial services and in-depth expertise in Banking industry, with experience in one or more of the following areas:

• Banking industry knowledge: Retail Banking, Commercial Banking, Trade Finance, Core Banking Transformation, Corporate Banking, Mobile Banking, Lending, Mortgages, AML/KYC
• Horizontal skills: Digital Transformation, Customer Experience Design, Business Strategy, IT Strategy, Process Consulting, Product Implementation, Cost Optimization, Business Architecture, Business Analysis and Post-merger Integration, Automation, Program Management, Change Management, Agile delivery,
• Emerging Technologies: Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Analytics, Omni/Conversational Channels, Cloud, Blockchain, Social & Mobility

2. Consulting & advisory experience with top-tier consulting organizations is strongly preferred.

3. Only fulltime MBA from top-tier business schools / Chartered Accountants (CA) need to apply.

Applicants need to have a blend of in-depth domain expertise, strong business consulting skills and excellent soft skills.

What will you do?

At Infosys Consulting, you will:

• Work on business consulting engagements as part of a cross-cultural team across regions.
• Be responsible for the delivery of business results to leading commercial banks, retail banks, investment banks, market utilities and intermediaries.
• Analyze problems and come up with solutions, often creative and out-of-the-box.
• Apply business consulting frameworks and methodologies to address business problems.
• Lead workshops and collaborate with client stakeholders located across geographies.
• Lead / contribute to sales pursuits, consulting offerings and internal initiatives.
• Develop thought leadership collaterals and knowledge artefacts.
• Participate in a variety of firm building events.
