Power BI Developer

About the Role:

We are looking for a talented and experienced Power BI Developer to join our team in Bengaluru In this full-time, on-site role, you will play a key role in transforming raw data into actionable insights through interactive dashboards and reports.

You will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to understand their needs, design and develop data models and Power BI solutions, and ensure our data and reporting infrastructure is running Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze data requirements

- Design and develop complex data models using Power BI

- Build interactive and visually appealing dashboards and reports

- Perform data cleansing, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes

- Manage and maintain data warehouses

- Write and execute SQL queries to extract data from various sources

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Power BI and data integration

- Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Power BI and data visualization best practices

- Document data models and reports for future reference

- Provide ongoing support to users on data and reporting 5+ years of experience in Power BI development and data visualization

- Strong proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power Query (M), DAX, and related tools (e.g., Azure Analysis Services)

- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts and best practices

- Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes (e.g., SSIS, SSAS)

- Working knowledge of SQL and database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle)

- Experience working with large and complex datasets

- A proven track record of delivering successful business intelligence projects

- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

- Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, or a related field
