Your work profileAs a Analyst in our SuccessFactors Team you’ll build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations: -As a practitioner, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement the system in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support. Job Title: UI/UX DesignerDomain: Digital GovernmentLocation: DelhiExperience:2 to 3 YrsDesired qualificationsUser Personas and Journey Mapping:Develop user personas representing different user types and their characteristics.Create user journey maps to visualize the user experience across various touchpoints.Wireframing and Prototyping:Develop wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes to outline the structure and layout of digital interfaces.Iterate on designs based on feedback and usability testing.Visual Design:Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for user interfaces.Define color schemes, typography, and iconography to enhance the overall aesthetics.Information Architecture:Organize and structure content to ensure a logical and intuitive user experience.Design navigation systems that are user-friendly and efficient.Interaction Design:Design and refine interactive elements, including buttons, forms, and other UI components.Ensure a smooth and intuitive flow of user interactions.Usability Testing:Plan and conduct usability testing sessions to evaluate the effectiveness of designs.Analyze feedback and make iterative improvements based on user testing results.Accessibility:Ensure designs comply with accessibility standards to make digital products inclusive for users with disabilities.Conduct accessibility audits and implement improvements.Collaboration with Development Teams:Collaborate with developers to ensure the feasibility and proper implementation of design concepts.Provide design assets and specifications for development.Client and Stakeholder Communication:Communicate design concepts and decisions to clients and project stakeholders.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals.Design Documentation:Create detailed design documentation, including style guides, design systems, and component libraries.Ensure consistency in design across different sections of a product.Rapid Prototyping:Use prototyping tools to quickly demonstrate and validate design concepts.Gather early feedback to inform design decisions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in any fieldProven experience 2 to 3 years as a UI/UX designer, interaction designer, or similar role.Strong portfolio showcasing a range of UI/UX design projects, with an emphasis on user-centered design principles and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, or similar software.Knowledge of front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and their impact on UI/UX design is a plus.Location and way of workingBase location: Delhi (5 days work from office)Your role as a AnalystWe expect our people to embrace and live our purpose by challenging themselves to identify issues that are most important for our clients, our people, and for society.
