YOUR MISSIONS

As a Workday Integration Consultant, you will be involved in Workday implementation projects for our clients, with the following responsibilities:

Solution Implementation Project

• Participate in implementation projects (configuration workshops, testing, go-live support, training for administrators and users) and write reports to ensure project follow-up.
• Contribute to translating client requirements into deliverables, drafting documentation and presentations (design, application documentation, acceptance testing, training materials).
• Configure modules to deliver a functional solution tailored to client needs and assess the impact of configurations on HR processes or modules within your area of expertise (Core HR, Payroll, Time Management, Talent).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder), and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
• Analyze client business requirements and translate them into robust integration designs.
• Configure and manage inbound and outbound data flows, ensuring accuracy and compliance with security protocols.
• Develop and maintain XSLT, XML, JSON, and JavaScript transformations to support complex data mapping.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.
• Support data migration, system upgrades, and release management activities.
• Work with functional teams to validate data and integration outputs during testing phases.
• Document technical specifications, configurations, and procedures.
• Stay current with Workday releases and identify opportunities to enhance integration efficiency and scalability.

YOUR PROFILE

• You have in-depth knowledge of Web Services and programming languages such as XSLT, XML, and JavaScript.
• You hold a Workday HCM and Integration certification.
• You have a good command of English, allowing you to work effectively in an international context.
• Ideally, you have experience working on international or multinational projects.
• You demonstrate energy, rigor, listening and analytical skills, and a strong team spirit to thrive in an innovative and motivating project environment.
• You are adaptable and have excellent communication skills.
