About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled OpenText & KDB Developer with 5–6 years of experience in data management, analytics, and enterprise content solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing, developing, and maintaining applications that leverage OpenText technologies and KDB systems to enable data-driven decision-making and process efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications for OpenText and KDB solutions.
  • Design, develop, and implement applications and workflows using the OpenText technology suite, ensuring compliance with best practices in data management and information governance.
  • Utilize KDB for high-performance data retrieval, analytics, and reporting — developing scripts, queries, and data pipelines as required.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to OpenText and KDB applications, ensuring optimal performance and timely user support.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, user guides, and operational procedures.
  • Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in OpenText and KDB, advocating for innovative, scalable, and efficient solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5–6 years of hands-on experience in OpenText and KDB development and support.
  • Proven expertise in data management, analytics, and workflow automation.
  • Strong understanding of information governance, data architecture, and system integration.
  • Proficiency in KDB/Q scripting, SQL, and data query optimization.
  • Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to work across functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with OpenText Content Suite, Documentum, or Extended ECM.
  • Exposure to real-time analytics and high-frequency data environments using KDB+.
  • Ability to work in agile environments and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.
