Job Description :
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Responsible for PLM Teamcenter systems configuration, maintenance, ongoing support, and development. Responsible for working cross-functionally with other departments (RnD, engineering, quality etc.) to cover business needs and functionality for the Teamcenter PLM system.
- Responsible to support SAP PLM implementation Team and will align with the strategic roadmap of Product Lifecycle Management and will Act as a point of contact for Teamcenter PLM system.
- Teamcenter process definition and implementation; effectively and efficiently resolving issues to improve user experience and business processes.
- Responsible for Manual Data Migration from Teamcenter systems to non-Teamcenter PLM system.
- Responsible for Teamcenter administration, users, licenses, manage and run upgrades.
- Provide installation, implementation, and best practices techniques for Siemens Teamcenter, and all suite of products.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
1. PLM :
- Gather requirements from process SMEs, functional managers and develop technical solutions.
- Install and Upgrade PLM environments.
- On-going maintenance, upgrades, and support of PLM Teamcenter Priority application and connectors as needed.
- Support system administrator tasks as required such as system upgrade test and validation, and end user support.
- Plan and execute the delivery and acceptance testing as well as internal communication and training.
- Testing implementation and configuration capabilities in Development Environment.
- Partner with business teams to audit PLM master data and provide direction, recommendations, and training, if needed, to ensure accurate data
2. Data Migration to PLM :
- Responsible for Manual Data migration to any PLM system using Teamcenter tool.
- Hands on experience Teamcenter Modules- Structure manager, Manage Attributes, Team center Properties, Item Revision, Status lifecycle.
- Assist in gathering requirements for Data migration,
- Plan and execute the delivery and acceptance testing.
- Hands on implementation, Access, and configuration capabilities.
- Gather, analyze, and document the business rules and requirements from internal functional business units. Prepare functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, forms and workflows, and work closely with developers.
- Troubleshoot technical issues at various levels like installation, deployment, configuration, server side and client-side issues.
- Partner with business teams to audit PLM master data and provide direction, recommendations, and training, if needed, to ensure accurate data
Education and Experience :
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Technology and/or equivalent experience in Computer science, Management Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, or related fields
- 3 + years' experience working on projects or support role in PLM software system Teamcenter.
- Sound understanding, and knowledge of product development processes supported with one of the Strong analytical and problem resolution skills and ability to coordinate tasks and timelines on projects.
- Effective communication and organization skills to work well with customers on multiple takes and projects.
- Ability to collaborate with and train internal customers while working in a team environment.
- Proven project leadership experience
- Strong Communication skills & Detail oriented.

- Proven problem-solving skills within a team environment.

Physical and Travel Requirements
- 15% travel, including global travels
- On-call work required
