We take pride in blending creativity and functionality to craft seamless designs that meet our clients' unique needs.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role for a Business Analyst located in Mumbai. The Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, analyze processes, and provide data-driven insights for decision-making. Responsibilities include identifying improvement opportunities, enhancing business workflows, supporting project planning, and ensuring alignment between technical solutions and business needs.You will be present in every key client interaction during the design phase and will own clarity, continuity, and execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAttend and actively participate in client calls and discussionsUnderstand client requirements, business context, and design expectationsTranslate discussions into clear, actionable design briefsDocument and circulate MoMs (Minutes of Meetings) with clarity and structureManage and track client asks, revisions, and dependenciesAct as the single point of coordination between clients and design teamsEnsure all design deliverables align with agreed requirementsTrack timelines and ensure commitments made during client calls are metFlag scope changes, ambiguities, or risks earlyMaintain structured documentation throughout the design phaseRequired Skills & Experience2–5 years of experience in a Business Analyst / Project Coordinator / Design Ops / Account Management roleStrong understanding of design workflows (branding, UI/UX, creative delivery, etc.)Excellent communication and listening skillsAbility to translate abstract client inputs into clear requirementsExperience writing structured MoMs and requirement documentsHigh attention to detail and strong follow-throughComfortable working in client-facing environmentsAbility to manage multiple stakeholders without frictionNice to HaveBackground in design, UX, product, or creative agenciesFamiliarity with tools like Figma, Notion, Jira, ClickUp, or similarExperience working with premium / enterprise / HNI clientsUnderstanding of design review and iteration cyclesWhat This Role Is NotNot a pure data or metrics-heavy BA roleNot a hands-on designer roleThis is a clarity, coordination, and delivery ownership roleWhy This Role MattersThis role ensures that great design is not lost in translation.
