Their vision is to streamline oncology care through cutting-edge technology.FundingRISA Labs is backed by $3.5 million in seed funding, led by Flipkart co-founder Binny Bansal, with support from Oncology Ventures, General Catalyst, z21 Ventures, Odd Bird VC, and angel investor Ashish Gupta.Role OverviewWe are looking for an experienced DevOps Engineer to architect, automate, and manage our cloud infrastructure across platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP. In this role, you'll design scalable and secure environments, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement monitoring, containerization, and infrastructure-as-code practices. You will play a critical part in ensuring high availability, cost efficiency, and compliance, while collaborating closely with development and product teams to embed DevOps best practices across the SDLC.Roles & ResponsibilitiesCloud Infrastructure: Design and deploy scalable, secure, and cost-efficient cloud systems (AWS, Azure, GCP) with high availability and disaster recoveryCI/CD Pipelines: Build and optimize integration and deployment pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or AWS CodePipelineAutomation: Automate provisioning and scaling with IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation) and scripting (Python, Bash)Monitoring & Observability: Implement and manage monitoring/logging (CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, Prometheus, Grafana) to ensure uptime and performanceSecurity & Compliance: Enforce IAM, encryption, and compliance standards (SOC 2, GDPR) with tools like AWS Secrets Manager or VaultIncident Response: Troubleshoot outages and performance issues using AWS Systems Manager or Azure equivalentsCost Optimization: Track and optimize cloud usage via auto-scaling, reserved instances, and cost monitoring toolsContainerization: Manage workloads in Docker and orchestrate via Kubernetes, ECS, or AKSCollaboration: Work closely with Dev, QA, and Product teams to embed cloud-native DevOps practicesDocumentation: Maintain clear documentation for infrastructure, pipelines, and operational processesQualifications & Experience:1 to 3 years in DevOps or Cloud Engineering with hands-on exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCPB.Tech/M.Tech from IIT, BITS, or NIT (or equivalent); relevant academic projects/internships are a plusProficiency in containerization (Docker) & orchestration (Kubernetes, ECS, AKS)Experience with IaC (Terraform, CloudFormation) and CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, Azure DevOps)Knowledge of cloud-native architectures, networking (VPCs, DNS, load balancing), and security practicesFamiliarity with monitoring tools (Prometheus, Grafana, CloudWatch)
