Job Summary :

As a Tech Lead specializing in Frontend Development with React, you will play a crucial role in guiding our technical team to success. You will oversee the design and implementation of high-quality frontend applications, ensuring they are robust, scalable, and deliver exceptional user experiences. This position combines hands-on development with leadership responsibilities, requiring deep technical expertise and strong leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead and mentor a team of frontend engineers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence.

- Define and enforce frontend development standards and best practices.

- Drive the architectural direction of frontend projects, ensuring alignment with overall technical strategy and business goals.

Project Management :

- Coordinate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications.

- Plan and oversee the development lifecycle of frontend features and applications, from conception through deployment.

- Manage project timelines, ensure timely delivery of high-quality software, and mitigate risks.

Architectural Design and Code Quality :

- Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and efficient frontend systems using React and related technologies.

- Perform thorough code reviews to maintain high code quality and foster knowledge sharing within the team.

- Implement and advocate for practices that enhance code performance, maintainability, and scalability.

Collaboration and Communication :

- Collaborate closely with backend teams to integrate APIs and services seamlessly into the frontend architecture.

- Work with UX/UI designers to ensure that technical implementations align with design specifications and enhance user experiences.

- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Innovation and Process Improvement :

- Stay updated with the latest advancements in frontend technologies and methodologies.

- Evaluate and integrate new tools, frameworks, and processes that can enhance development efficiency and product quality.

- Drive initiatives to improve development processes, including continuous integration, continuous delivery, and automated testing.

Problem Solving and Troubleshooting :

- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues across the frontend stack.

- Provide technical guidance and support to the team during critical phases of development and troubleshooting.

Team Development :

- Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and developing engineering talent.

- Foster a positive, inclusive team environment that encourages collaboration, creativity, and professional growth.

Qualifications Required :

Educational Background : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Professional Experience :

- 7+ years of experience in software development with a strong focus on frontend technologies.

- Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale, complex projects.

Technical Skills :

- Expert knowledge of JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Extensive experience with React and its ecosystem, including Redux, Hooks, Context API, and React Router.

- Proficiency with modern development tools and frameworks such as Webpack, Babel, and ESLint.

- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and integration with backend services.

Architectural and Design Skills :

- Deep understanding of software architecture and design principles.

- Experience in designing scalable and maintainable systems.

Tools and Methodologies :

- Experience with version control systems, particularly Git.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing frameworks.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent leadership and team-building skills.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
