Responsibilities:

Location : Onsite UAE for 6 months - 1 year

- Lead and manage Dynatrace implementation projects for various clients across different sectors.

- Conduct in-depth analysis of client environments, understanding their specific requirements, and proposing suitable Dynatrace solutions.

- Oversee the deployment and configuration of Dynatrace monitoring systems tailored to client needs.

- Act as a subject matter expert, providing consultancy and recommendations on best practices for monitoring and observability.

- Lead workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities for clients and internal teams.

- Collaborate closely with stakeholders, including IT teams, developers, and business leaders, to ensure effective utilization of Dynatrace capabilities.

- Monitor and optimize performance, troubleshoot issues, and provide proactive solutions using Dynatrace insights.

- Create and deliver comprehensive reports, dashboards, and documentation for clients, showcasing performance metrics, trends, and Experience as a Dynatrace Consultant or in a similar role.

- Expertise in deploying and configuring Dynatrace in complex environments across various sectors (e.g., finance, healthcare, e-commerce).


- Strong project management skills, capable of handling multiple client engagements concurrently.

- Communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.

- Dynatrace certifications (preferred).

- Familiarity with other monitoring tools and technologies would be an advantage.

- Experience Required: Experience in Dynatrace implementation.

- Key Skills: Dynatrace implementation, project management, analysis, consultancy, and client management.

- Certifications: Dynatrace certifications (preferred)
