We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Team Lead Salesforce Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce development, along with strong leadership skills to lead a team of developers. You will be responsible for designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining Salesforce solutions to meet business needs while also providing guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

• Lead a team of Salesforce developers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship.
• Drive the technical direction and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

Salesforce Development :

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and other related technologies.
• Customize Salesforce to meet business needs, including custom objects, workflows, process builder, validation rules, etc.
• Integrate Salesforce with other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Ensure code quality, best practices, and maintainability of Salesforce solutions.

Team Collaboration :

• Work closely with cross-functional teams including business analysts, QA testers, and system administrators to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize tasks, and provide status updates on development projects.
• Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

Continuous Improvement :

• Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, new features, and best practices.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices to optimize development processes.
• Proactively address technical debt and refactor codebase when necessary.

Documentation and Training :

• Create and maintain technical documentation including design documents, technical specifications, and deployment guides.
• Provide training and knowledge sharing sessions to junior developers and other team members.

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I and II certifications preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development with a focus on Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Components.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team of Salesforce developers.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.
• Experience with Salesforce integration using REST/SOAP APIs, middleware, and third-party tools.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and other web technologies.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
