Roles and Responsibilities :

- Candidate should have 6-8+ years of IT/Software Industrial experience.

- 6 to 8+ Years of extensive experience in ServiceNow and JavaScript development.

- 5+ years SNOW development knowledge with various modules (ITOM, Discovery, CMDB, Integration CSM, HRSD, ITSM etc.)

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow Customer Service Management module, ITOM, ITSM

- Strong development experience in JavaScript, AJAX (Java script + XML), Web Methods (REST, SOAP)

- Good to have ServiceNow portal, workflows, business rules, scripting (both JavaScript and Angular JS)

- Integration experience with other third-party tools.

- Design, coding, deployment, Administration, and migration knowledge.

- Knowledge of ITIL processes, Agile framework.

- Any of the certifications in SNOW tool is mandatory (CSA/CAD).

- Should have experience in leading a team, customer facing projects, team player and problem solver.-

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

- ServiceNow development, implementation, fixing of production defects.

- Capable of leading a team for design, development, implementation, delivery in Agile framework.
