We’re Hiring Assistant Manager – Legal (Statutory Compliance) Location: Gurgaon Key Responsibilities:Ensure end-to-end statutory compliance across all applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements.Manage filings, licenses, renewals, and statutory documentation within defined timelines.Conduct internal audits and coordinate with external auditors for compliance checks.Maintain accurate compliance reports, trackers, and MIS dashboards.Provide legal support to internal teams on compliance, statutory obligations, and risk mitigation.Monitor regulatory updates and ensure timely implementation across operations.Liaise with government authorities, consultants, and stakeholders as required.Who We're Looking For:Graduate/Postgraduate in Law (LLB/LLM preferred).3–7 years of experience in Statutory Compliance, Legal Operations, or Corporate Governance.Strong understanding of labor laws, statutory regulations, and compliance frameworks.Excellent drafting, documentation, and analytical skills.Ability to multitask, manage deadlines, and work in a fast-paced environment.
