Brand operates in five key market segments: Upstream/Midstream, Downstream, Power Generation, Industrial and Infrastructure.Job Summary:We are looking for a Senior Developer with expertise in Application Integration across enterprise systems such as ADP, Workato, Workday, and other custom applications. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and maintain integration workflows, ensuring seamless data exchange and process automation between HR, Finance, and other business systems.Experience Level: 6–10 years overall development experience, with strong focus on Application IntegrationKey Responsibilities:Integration Development:Design and implement integrations between ADP, Workday, Workato, and custom applications.Develop and maintain Workato recipes, connectors, and automation workflows.Build secure and scalable APIs for data exchange.System Analysis & Design:Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical integration solutions.Create detailed technical specifications and mapping documents.Data Management:Ensure accurate and timely data synchronization across systems.Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for integrations.Collaboration:Work closely with functional teams (HR, Finance, IT) to understand integration needs.Collaborate with architects and other developers to ensure alignment with enterprise standards.Support & Maintenance:Troubleshoot integration issues and provide timely resolutions.Optimize existing integrations for performance and reliability.Required Skills & Experience:Strong experience in Workato (recipe development, connectors, API integration).Hands-on experience with ADP and Workday integration frameworks.Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON, XML, and webhooks.Knowledge of OAuth, SAML, and other authentication mechanisms.Familiarity with cloud-based integration patterns and middleware solutions.Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Azure Integration Services or other iPaaS platforms.Knowledge of HR and Payroll processes.Exposure to CI/CD pipelines for integration deployments.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to work independently and in a team environment.Strong documentation and analytical skills.KPIs for This Role:Integration Success Rate: ≥ 99% successful execution of workflows.Issue Resolution Time: Average time to resolve integration issues ≤ 24 hours.On-Time Delivery: ≥ 90% of integration projects delivered within agreed timelines.Data Accuracy: Zero critical data mismatches across integrated systems.Automation Efficiency: Number of manual processes automated per quarter.
