Our GOAL is to reduce 30% premature deaths due to Non-communicable Disorders (NCDs) by 2030Role DescriptionThis is a full-time role for a Sales / Business Development professionals based in Bengaluru/ Delhi -NCR/ Mumbai or Pune. The individual will be responsible for identifying and generating new business opportunities, conducting market research, and fostering relationships with potential clients. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation, customer outreach, and maintaining robust customer service and communication channels. This is an on-site role requiring daily collaboration with team members and clients.Roles & responsibilitiesMeet prospective doctors, clinics, hospitals & execute effective product demonstrations, emphasising product features and benefits with focus on the value of the solutionProspect, educate, qualify, and generate interest for Sales OpportunitiesDevelop and accomplish a lead generation plan including Outbound and Inbound prospect managementFollow up with prospective clients and should be an expert in closing dealsParticipating in conferences, tradeshows & events representing the company for brand awarenessCapability to connect product value proposition with customer requirementsDaily reporting on Sales Tools/ CRMStrong Analytical Skills and Market Research capabilitiesQualifications & desired skill setMin 2-5 years of total Sales/ BD experienceBachelor's degree in Healthcare & Life Sciences, Business, Marketing, or a related fieldPrior Exp in - MedTech / Healthcare / Pharma / Direct Sales / B2C.Excellent Communication Skills and Customer Service experienceProficiency in Lead Generation and Sales techniquesAbility to work independently and as part of a team
