Job Description :

- 10 years of IT work experience including 5 years of leading data and reporting initiatives in large organizations

- Skills and practical experience in Oracle Analytics and MS Power BI

- Lead the team within the Data Reporting Workstream

- Lead the Data Reporting Workstream to align with and deliver the scope defined in the Link project to the required timeline

- Coordinate closely with the BTP project teams technical and functional to understand their cross system reporting needs ensure requirements and functional specifications are completed and designed to address those needs

- Identify evaluate and deploy a suitable cross reporting solution for the Business Transformation Programme.

- Provide leadership in defining the rules and principles for reporting

- Review designs prepared by the project design team prior to presentation

- Manage the implementation of the workstream in accordance with the DIST PMO PMLC guidelines

- With close collaboration with the Link project manager input into the project's key deliverables and schedule including tasks to be performed by both UNHCR internal and vendor resources

- Identify track and lead dependencies across projects

- Act as the Data Reporting Workstream focal point for the Project Technical Leads and Business Coordinators providing the interface between the projects and the Programme

- Escalate risks and issues to the Project Manager as required

- Participate in the selection of project resources and take responsibility for on boarding them

- Establish the user experience delivery approach and pipeline management using a continuous delivery approach

- Establish a testing approach and tools needed to support delivery and operations teams

- Lead the handover of support to the business as usual BAU team

- Ensure a robust approach to data privacy and cyber security during design and implementation

- Provide quality reviews with the release team to ensure iterative implementations are robust and comply with agreed principles and standards

- Other tasks as required by the project and agreed with the project manager
