Job Description

We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to ensure that enterprise data meets business, operational, and compliance standards. The role focuses on profiling, monitoring, and remediating data quality issues through well-defined DQ rules, metrics, and dashboards.


Responsibilities

  • Define, implement, and monitor data quality rules across domains and systems.
  • Conduct profiling and root-cause analysis to identify data anomalies.
  • Develop and maintain DQ dashboards, alerts, and trend analysis.
  • Collaborate with Data Stewards and business stakeholders to establish DQ KPIs and remediation plans.
  • Support rule execution and validation through DQ tools and ETL workflows.
  • Participate in governance meetings and contribute to DQA reviews.
  • Present DQ findings and insights to both business and technical audiences.
  • Key Skills Requirements
  • 4–6 years of experience in data quality, analytics, or ETL processes.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one DQ platform (Informatica IDQ, Talend, Alteryx, etc.).
  • Understanding of Data Quality dimensions and their application.
  • Experience in preparing reports, visualizations, and DQ scorecards (Power BI preferred).
  • Strong client communication and stakeholder management skills.
