Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Tax and Finance teams to ensure GST compliance for Indian entities

• Assist in preparing and filing monthly, quarterly, and annual GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C)

• Validate vendor invoices for GST credit eligibility

• Support in raising monthly Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM) invoices

• Prepare journal entries with appropriate documentation

• Coordinate with teams like Logistics and Global Trade to gather data for tax filings

• Assist in preparing submissions and clarifying queries during representations before GST authorities

• Provide reconciliations as required for compliance and reporting

• Maintain documentation for GST refunds and other indirect tax matters

• Support ad-hoc tax assignments and compliance initiatives as needed


Qualifications & Skills

· Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CA / CPA preferred but not mandatory).

· 2-3 years of experience in accounting with strong exposure to GST

· Basic understanding of Indian GST laws and indirect tax compliance

· Strong coordination and documentation skills

· Familiarity with tax return preparation and reconciliation processes

· Proficiency in Excel and accounting systems preferred

· Ability to work collaboratively across departments
