Chief Architect

Job Description :

This senior leadership role will be responsible for defining and executing the company's technology vision, leading a team of skilled professionals, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure is secure, scalable, and aligned with our business goals.

Responsibilities :

- Define the enterprise technology architecture, prioritizing scalability, innovation, and security in support of business objectives.

- Lead the design, development, and implementation of robust technology solutions using your expertise in Java, Python, and DOTNET frameworks.

- Oversee all aspects of technology operations, including software development, network infrastructure, and data security.

- Foster a high-performing technology team, driving continuous improvement and innovation.

- Collaborate with the C-suite to identify strategic opportunities to leverage technology for competitive advantage.

- Manage the technology budget, ensuring cost-effective solutions across the entire technology lifecycle.

- Stay current on emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact on the organization.

- Develop and implement policies and procedures for technology governance, compliance, and best :

- Minimum 15 years of experience in architect or senior engineering roles, with at least 5 years leading technology strategy and operations.

- Proven track record of designing and building scalable technology architectures for product or e-commerce businesses.

- Deep technical expertise in Java, Python, and DOTNET frameworks.

- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage large teams and significant budgets.

- Experience in translating business strategy into actionable technology plans and driving

successful execution.

- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills to inspire and guide teams.

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field (MBA a plus).
