Role: CLM Refx Consultant.

Position: Permanent.

Notice Period: 0 to 30 days.

Experience: 7yrs min.

Location: Pan India.

Mode: Hybrid.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Minimum 5 years of exp in SAP CLM RE-FX.

- Contract lease in, IFRS 16 accounting, lease out, month and year closing.

- SAP implementation experience for CLM ( REFX).

- Integration of CLM with asset accounting.

- Should have good understanding in SAP FICO.

- Strong Implementation experience on SAP RE-FX (Flexible Real-Estate).

- Should be able to manage rental/lease End-to-End processes (New, Renew/extension, and End/termination).

- Real estate property occupancy reports with the type of property, measurements and occupancy status.

- Operational reporting and KPIs for real estate properties.

- Knowledge of Master Data (Business Entity, Business Unit, Pooled space, Rental pace/ Rental unit, Meters etc.).

- Knowledge of Contract maintenance, Billing for direct charges.

Job Title - SAP CLM Consultant ,


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and participate in SAP CLM implementation projects, ensuring successful delivery within scope, timeline, and budget constraints.


- Configure and customize SAP CLM functionalities to meet business requirements related to contract lease-in, lease-out, and accounting standards such as IFRS 16.


- Integrate SAP CLM with asset accounting modules to ensure seamless data flow and consistency in financial reporting.


- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and automation within SAP CLM and RE-FX.


- Provide expertise and guidance on SAP FICO concepts and their integration with CLM and RE-FX modules.


- Conduct end-user training sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure smooth adoption and utilization of SAP CLM and RE-FX solutions.


- Perform month and year-end closing activities, including reconciliations and financial reporting related to lease contracts and real estate assets.


- Stay updated with the latest SAP CLM, RE-FX, and accounting standards to ensure compliance and drive continuous improvement initiatives.


Requirements:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.


- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in SAP CLM and RE-FX implementation and support.


- Proficiency in contract lease-in, lease-out processes, and accounting standards such as IFRS


- Strong understanding of SAP FICO concepts and their integration with CLM and RE-FX modules.


- Experience in configuring and customizing SAP CLM functionalities to meet business requirements.


- Demonstrated ability to lead and participate in end-to-end implementation projects, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


- SAP certification in CLM or RE-FX is a plus.
