Job Description :


We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Security Lead to join our team in Gurugram. The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in the cyber security field, with a proven track record of implementing and managing comprehensive security programs. This position requires immediate to 15 days notice period.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement robust cyber security strategies to protect the organization's IT infrastructure, networks, and data.

- Lead and manage a team of cyber security professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the effective execution of security initiatives.

- Conduct regular security assessments, vulnerability testing, and risk analysis to identify and mitigate potential threats.

- Respond to security incidents and breaches, conducting thorough investigations and implementing corrective actions.

- Stay current with the latest cyber security trends, threats, and technologies to ensure the organization's security measures are up-to-date.

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure comprehensive security measures are in place and adhered to.

- Develop and maintain security policies, procedures, and standards in compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.

- Provide training and awareness programs to educate employees on cyber security best practices and protocols.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience as a Cyber Security Lead or similar role, with 7+ years in the cyber security field.

- In-depth knowledge of cyber security frameworks, standards, and best practices.

- Strong understanding of network security, application security, and data protection principles.

- Experience with security technologies such as firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, encryption, and authentication solutions.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make data-driven decisions.

- Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.

- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or equivalent are highly desirable.

Preferred :

- Experience in managing cyber security within large organizations.

- Familiarity with regulatory requirements and compliance standards related to cyber security.
