We are hunting for a Marketing Creative Director who can own the entire growth engine for our eight bars & restaurants - launch to loyalty. Roles and Responsibilities:

1.Portfolio-Level Strategy

  • Craft the annual marketing roadmap per venue - positioning, guest targets, channel mix, budgets, KPIs.
  • Translate business goals (covers, APC, revenue) into clear quarterly marketing OKRs and hit them.


2.Brand Storytelling, Copy & Community Building

  • Mine the soul of each concept and shape narratives that spark tribes - think mezcal masterclasses at Juju or vinyl brunch clubs at Elephant & Co.
  • Write and refine high-impact copy across channels (menus, videos VO, posts, ads, email, press releases) that sounds like the brand and sells like your best host.
  • Build and nurture guest communities via email, socials, events and loyalty funnels; measure LTV, not just likes.


3.Content, Social & Shoots

  • Oversee always-on production: calendars, copy, reels, photography, UGC seeding.
  • Direct shoots (food, cocktail, lifestyle) that feel editorial, not stock - ensure every post drives footfall.


4.PR, Events & Collaborations

  • Secure regular earned media - menu drops, chef/bar-takeover stories, city guides.
  • Plan headline events & guest-shift calendars; land the right collabs with spirits brands, artists, and indie labels to keep the buzz alive.


5.Team Leadership & SOPs

  • Lead a seven-person squad (design, copy, social, photo/video).
  • Build airtight SOPs for briefs, approvals, asset management, and post-campaign debriefs.
  • Mentor for speed + craft; hire freelancers only when truly additive.


6.Performance, Budget & P&L

  • Own marketing budgets; track CAC, ROI and venue-specific P&Ls.
  • Run experiments, double-down on what works, cut what doesn’t - no vanity spend.


Must-Haves
  • 8–10 yrs hospitality/F&B marketing - Multi-venue or group role where you’ve launched concepts and driven YoY footfall growth.
  • Proven storyteller - Campaigns that turned venues into “must-visit” spots; community initiatives that show sustained engagement.
  • Full-funnel operator - Paid social, SEO, CRM, influencer, PR - can pick and mix channels for specific goals.
  • Event & collab track record - Planned sell-out brunches, celebrity bar shifts, or city-wide pop-ups; can negotiate brand-partner deals.
  • P&L accountability - You’ve managed ₹ cr budgets, forecasted ROI, and presented numbers to leadership/investors.
  • Leadership chops - Built or managed creative & digital teams; set SOPs that scale quality without slowing speed.
  • Data & tools fluency - GA4, Meta Ads, Klaviyo/Mailchimp, Sprout, Looker Studio (or similar) for real-time dashboards.
  • Presentation & networking flair - Equally comfortable pitching to a liquor giant, briefing the photographer, or high-fiving guests on event night.
