Job Description


- Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using the Flutter framework.

- Implement responsive designs and ensure the applications are performant and meet user experience standards.

- Utilize your core expertise in front-end technologies including Angular 2+, TypeScript, HTML/CSS3/SASS, and Webpack.

- Apply Material Design principles to enhance user interface and experience.

- Demonstrate proficiency in hybrid mobile development using Ionic or Cordova frameworks.

- Apply your understanding of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs) to integrate web and mobile solutions.

- Provide architectural insight and collaborate with stakeholders to define strategic roadmaps.

- Engage in design and architecture discussions to ensure alignment with project goals.

- Take projects from concept through to production, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.

- Coordinate with technical architects, development leads, and other team members to implement effective solutions.

- Apply Test Driven Development (TDD) practices to ensure robust and reliable code.

- Write unit and integration tests to validate functionality and performance.

- Publish apps to the Apple App Store and Google Play Store, ensuring compliance with platform guidelines and checklist requirements.

- Manage publishing processes and handle app distribution through Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) software.

- Maintain working knowledge of Apple's distribution and provisioning profiles.

- Collaborate with test engineers, operations teams, and product owners to ensure successful build implementation and integration.

- Communicate technical parameters and constraints effectively to relevant teams.

-Mentor and coach junior developers, providing guidance and support in their professional development.

Experience :

- Experience in mobile programming.

- Hands-on experience with the Flutter framework for Android and iOS development.

- Proven experience in front-end technologies including Angular 2+, TypeScript, HTML/CSS3/SASS, and Webpack.

- Experience with hybrid mobile development using Ionic or Cordova frameworks.

- Strong understanding of Progressive Web Applications (PWAs).

- Expertise in Test Driven Development (TDD) and writing unit and integration tests.

- Experience in publishing apps to Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

- Familiarity with Enterprise Mobile Device Management (MDM) software and Apple distribution and provisioning profiles.

- Ability to provide architectural guidance and engage in strategic discussions with stakeholders.

- Proven track record of taking projects from concept to production.

- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

- Experience in mentoring and coaching team members.

- Relevant certifications in mobile development or Flutter.

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
