Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Navi Mumbai for a Client Servicing Executive specializing in FMCG brands. The responsibilities include building and maintaining strong client relationships, managing client accounts, delivering presentations, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The role involves acting as a key point of contact for clients and collaborating with teams to execute campaigns effectively.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end servicing for flagship FMCG accounts
  • Coordinate closely with creative, strategy, and production teams
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships
  • Ensure timely delivery of all campaigns, creatives, and brand requirements
  • Drive projects with ownership, clarity, and speed
  • Interpret briefs, provide clear guidance, and maintain communication flow
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues


Who You Are:

  • 2+ years of experience in client servicing (mainline advertising preferred)
  • Strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask effectively
