Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and creative Graphic Designer with 2+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects and a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing graphics for digital and print media, ensuring consistency with our brand guidelines. Your role will involve collaborating with different teams to develop creative content, staying updated with design trends, and contributing to the overall success of our branding and marketing efforts.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visually appealing graphics for various platforms, including social media, websites, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Create and ideate graphics, logos, icons, images,using graphic design software and tools.
  • Create visually appealing and cohesive designs for service-based products, ensuring brand consistency across all deliverables.
  • Design engaging graphics for digital marketing campaigns, including social media ads, banners, and other promotional materials.
  • Work closely with the marketing and content teams to brainstorm and develop creative concepts that align with campaign objectives.
  • Understand client needs and translate them into effective design solutions that meet their marketing goals.
  • Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high-quality standards.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve design processes and output.
  • Handle feedback from clients and internal teams to refine and enhance designs.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a marketing or advertising agency.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.), and other relevant design tools.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating experience in creating designs for paid media campaigns (e.g., social media ads, Google display ads).
  • A keen eye for aesthetics and details, with the ability to produce original, innovative designs.
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
