Role Summary:

Play a key role in managing and supporting the global engagement team at Ahmedabad University.


Responsibilities:

  • Support in expanding the international partner network with related research and outreach, and organisation of workshops, events, and campus visits from partner universities.
  • Plan and initiate activities with the student community that foster awareness about global education opportunities. Oversee services supporting international students’ academic success, cultural integration, and well-being.
  • Develop a communication plan for robust engagement across internal and external stakeholders, including designing a calendar of events, highlighting student success stories, managing digital platforms (social media, website updates, webinars), preparing presentations, reports, newsletters, and developing impactful promotional and outreach materials.
  • Prepare, organise and manage efficient systems and processes for data management, standard operating procedures, digital/paper files and legal documents, and other channels for efficient conduct of initiatives.
  • Conduct basic research on internationalization trends, peers/national/global data on success and best practices and create knowledge articles/short stories on global education topics

  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant platforms
  • Ability to work both independently and in teams
  • Competent in multi-tasking and desire to learn
