Role Overview

We are looking for a Deployment Engineer with strong expertise in IoT and automation systems to oversee end-to-end deployment projects. This role involves system validation, installation, customer training, and post-deployment support. You will play a key role in ensuring seamless integration, high system performance, and customer satisfaction across industrial environments.

You will collaborate closely with engineering, manufacturing, and customer teams to successfully implement solutions and provide on-site support across India.

Key Responsibilities

  1. System Validation & Testing
  • Test and validate IoT and automation systems in-house prior to deployment.
  • Document and report results with accuracy and completeness.
  1. Deployment & Installation
  • Pack, ship, and reinstall systems at customer sites.
  • Liaise with customer electronics (cameras, PLCs, servers) for integration.
  • Collaborate with assembly line systems for seamless integration.
  1. Customer Training & Support
  • Conduct training sessions for clients on system operation and maintenance.
  • Provide post-deployment monitoring and ensure system performance.
  1. Maintenance & Team Management
  • Manage Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) for deployed systems.
  • Supervise and support remote/field engineers.
  1. Documentation & Reporting
  • Prepare wiring diagrams, connection diagrams, and layout diagrams.
  • Ensure complete deployment documentation for each project.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in deploying IoT and automation systems.
  • Familiarity with cameras, PLCs, servers, and industrial electronics.
  • Strong communication and customer-facing skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively pan-India for on-site projects.
  • Proficiency in wiring diagrams, layout diagrams, and documentation.
