What you have to do
- Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites, themes, and plugins.
- Convert UI/UX designs into responsive WordPress pages using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Optimize website performance, speed, and security.
- Troubleshoot issues, debug code, and implement improvements.
- Manage website updates, backups, and overall site health.
- Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and tools as required.
What we are looking for
- Experience with WordPress development (themes, plugins, customizations).
- Strong knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Familiarity with page builders like Elementor, WPBakery, or Gutenberg
- Basic understanding of PHP and MySQL.
- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
Skillset MUST Have: WordPress, HTML, CSS, JS
Preferred Skills: Page Speed Optimizations, Understanding of SEO
Tools Knowledge Required: Github, Slack, Postman, Figma
Preferred Experience: Between 1-2 years of experience (Others can ignore)
Location: Kolkata or in its suburbs
Work Schedule: 5 days a week (Monday - Friday)
