Job Position : Python Fullstack Developer + AWS Cloud

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Cloud Engineer to lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, secure, and reliable cloud-native applications on AWS. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with AWS services, container orchestration, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines, along with a passion for mentoring and building high-performing engineering teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop cloud-native applications on AWS, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.
• Build and manage containerized environments using Kubernetes, EKS, or OpenShift.
• Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or AWS CDK.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or ArgoCD.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver production-ready solutions with a strong focus on quality.
• Mentor junior developers and participate in code reviews and architecture discussions.
• Monitor and optimize system performance using observability tools like Datadog.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• AWS or other cloud certifications (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer) are a strong plus.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.

Must-Have Skills (5+ Years):

• Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, Go, or similar languages.
• Strong hands-on experience with AWS Serverless technologies such as AWS Lambda.
• Expertise in Amazon RDS, DynamoDB, and other AWS-managed database services.
• Deep understanding of containerization tools including Kubernetes, EKS/ECS, or OpenShift.
• Proven track record of building and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence.

Should-Have Skills (3+ Years):

• Experience with AWS Networking components (e.g., API Gateway).
• Hands-on with AWS Storage services (e.g., S3).
• Exposure to AWS AI/ML services (e.g., SageMaker, Bedrock, Amazon Q).
• Proficient in Infrastructure as Code with Terraform or AWS CDK.

Nice-to-Have Skills (1+ Year):

• Experience with Contact Center solutions like Amazon Connect.
• Knowledge of secrets management using HashiCorp Vault.
• Familiarity with Kafka platforms (Apache Kafka, Confluent, Amazon MSK).
• Exposure to multi-cloud environments (Azure, GCP).
• Monitoring experience using tools like Datadog, Dynatrace, or New Relic.
• Understanding of FinOps and cloud cost optimization best practices.
• Experience with SSO technologies (OAuth2, OpenID Connect, JWT, SAML).
• Working knowledge of Linux and shell scripting.
