  • The candidate should have experience in Quality department of Solar Cell manufacturing
  • Should have knowledge of basic semiconductor physics (important for Cell line)
  • Should be certified in Six Sigma yellow belt/green belt/black belt.
  • Should have done improvement projects using DMAIC methodology
  • Should experience in data analysis & worked on data analysis tools like Minitab, JMP, Power BI, Advance Excel etc.
  • Basic knowledge of Statistics & quality core tools (SPC, CAPA,8D, 7QC, FMEA, MSA, 3M, Descriptive stat, Hypothesis)
  • Line audit in each shift as per defined MQP/SOP/WI/ISO STANDARD/Report Preparation & prepare NC s closure & action plan for improvement.
  • Calibration and Validation of cell tester (HALM/WAVELAB) for electrical and EL criteria in each shift.
  • Should have experience in recipe setup of vision measurement system /metrological tools for accurate & precise measurement of product characteristics
  • IPQC MIS preparation & circulation as daily report as well for management report
  • lead improvement projects along with cross functional teams (Six sigma, QCC)
