What will you be doing as a Sr. FICO Consultant @ delaware India?

As a Sr. FICO Consultant, provide frontline support for SAP FICO users, addressing and resolving issues in a timely manner to minimize disruptions to business operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and diagnose complex technical problems related to SAP FICO functionality, configuration, and integration.


As a member of our global functional team, you will play a crucial role in solutioning, conducting assessments, reviewing, and documenting specifications, and development and delivery of across multiple platforms.

We are looking for following skills in our new colleague:


  • Significant experience (8+ years) as an SAP FICO Consultant with hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation in cloud-based projects.
  • Strong experience in providing ongoing support for SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user problems, and performing system enhancements.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing SAP S/4HANA FICO modules, including but not limited to General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), Cost Center Accounting (CCA), Profit Center Accounting (PCA), and Internal Orders.
  • Experience in analysing and understanding the existing financial processes within the organization and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead the implementation and configuration of SAP FICO modules (Financial Accounting, Controlling) on public cloud platforms.
  • Design and deploy cloud-based SAP FICO solutions to meet client business needs and processes conduct workshops, gather requirements, and provide functional expertise on SAP FICO cloud solutions.
  • Perform integration of SAP FICO with other cloud-based SAP modules and third-party systems.
  • Optimize system performance, ensure scalability, and follow best practices in cloud security.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to SAP FICO on public cloud platforms.
  • Stay updated on the latest SAP FICO features, tools, and public cloud trends.
  • Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA FICO configuration, customization, and deployment in a Public Cloud environment
  • Finance consultant responsible for supporting S/4 HANA Public Cloud Implementation, focusing on configuring and optimizing Finance to ensure seamless integration and efficient business operations.
  • SAP S/4HANA certification in FICO is a plus.
