Position: Head of Design & Development

Responsibilities:

  • Design & Strategy: You will lead the team in finding new design trends from around the world to decide on the best look and feel for our projects.
  • Managing Consultants: You will choose and work with outside architects and designers. Your job is to make sure their work is high-quality, on-time, and within budget.
  • Project Design: You'll be in charge of the detailed designs for things like building exteriors, landscaping, and interiors. You'll work closely with other specialists (like engineers) to make sure everything fits together perfectly.
  • Quality Control: You will regularly check on the construction sites to make sure the work matches the design plans and meets our quality standards.
  • Financials: You'll create plans to get the best value out of our land and find ways to save money on projects without sacrificing quality.

Qualifications:

  • B.Arch.
  • 25+ years of work experience.
  • Proven experience leading the architecture design function for multiple projects and locations.
  • Extensive design experience with large-scale residential and commercial projects.
  • We are prioritizing candidates with experience from an architectural consulting firm.

Job Location: Bengaluru & Mumbai
