Job Summary: Simnovus is looking for a Full Stack Tech Lead who can mentor a high-performing engineering team while staying hands-on in building scalable, data-heavy products. You will set the technical direction, mentor developers, ensure architectural strength, and drive on-time, high-quality delivery. If you excel at solving complex problems, working with Golang, JavaScript frameworks, microservices, and modern data technologies—and are excited to thrive in a fast-moving startup environment—this role is for you.Job Details:Job Title : Full Stack Tech LeadExperience Level : 10 Years Industry : Telecommunications, Wireless Networks Work Mode : On-site | Bangalore Responsibilities: Lead a team and its alignment in the right technical direction.Collaborate with the Chief Product officer to ensure that the architecture of the product is robust to meet the scalability requirements.Mentoring the team members to build their competence and ensuring that the team has a collective commitment towards the product goals.Coordinating with the Product Management team to understand the product requirement and ensure it is properly passed on to the team.Providing accurate effort estimates for the requirement and ensuring delivery on time.Accountable for the quality of the technical deliverables of the team.Helping the team in overcoming any technical challenges they encounter.Collaborating with the HR team in retention to meet the team's requirements Qualifications: MUST HAVE:Experience in building products that require handling a huge volume of data and building dashboardsGood Programming ability with GolangExperience in JavaScript & JS Frameworks (Angular JS, React, node JS).Good problem-solving skills to break down complex issue into smaller achievable tasksExperience in implementing REST web services.Experience in database technology such as MongoDB/PostgreSQL and any timescale database like InfluxDB.Experience in building and designing microservices and cloud-native applications.Experience in container management with Kubernetes/Podman and Docker.Experience in Messaging Queue and Optimization of data handlingMinimum years of experience: 10 yrs with 5-7 yrs of experience in the must have skills GOOD TO HAVE:Frontend, developing product in Wireless domain, AI implementation to optimize the calculation or to predict resultDeep Knowledge of front-end languages such as HTML, and CSS.Good working knowledge of Unix/Linux Environments.Knowledge of any cloud platform is an added advantage.Proficient in writing unit test cases.Should have some experience in writing component-level testing e.g. Behave test casesExposure to product development related to the data and wireless technologies
