We are seeking a strategic, business-minded, and execution-driven Chief of Staff to partner directly with the Founder of a rapidly growing marketing, recruitment, and consulting firm.


This role is crafted for a high-performer who wants to accelerate into leadership, take ownership of business operations, and act as the Founder’s right hand. You will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows, driving execution, and managing key client relationships—allowing the Founder to scale and focus on long-term strategy.

Key Responsibilities


  • Work directly with the Founder on strategic initiatives, planning, and decision-making
  • Take ownership of daily operations, processes, and business priorities
  • Represent the Founder in internal and client communication where required
  • Manage high-value client relationships and ensure exceptional client experience
  • Drive execution of projects, initiatives, and cross-functional tasks
  • Track metrics, analyze performance, and provide insights for business growth
  • Implement systems and structure to optimize productivity and efficiency
  • Coordinate with teams across marketing, recruitment, and consulting verticals
  • Manage confidential information with maturity and discretion
  • Identify risks, opportunities, and solutions proactively


Ideal Candidate Profile


  • 4–8 years of experience in Operations / Strategy / Consulting / EA-to-Founder roles
  • Exceptional communication & stakeholder management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to operate autonomously and make informed decisions
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in ambiguity
  • High work ethic, resilience, and ownership mentality
