We are seeking an experienced Senior Python Developer to join our dynamic team.
As a Senior Python Developer, you will be responsible for leading the development of robust and scalable Python applications, ensuring the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications, and collaborating with a team of engineers to achieve common goals.
Key Responsibilities :
- Designing and developing high-performance, scalable, and reliable Python applications.
- Leading projects from inception through to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Identifying and resolving performance and scalability issues.
- Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code adhering to software development best practices.
- Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to other team members.
- Troubleshooting and debugging applications to optimize performance.
- Staying updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
Required Skills and Experience :
- 7-10 years of experience in Python development.
- Strong proficiency with Python frameworks such as Flask, Django, and FastApi.
- Experience with databases such as PostgreSQL, CouchBase.
- Proficiency in data manipulation libraries such as Pandas.
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes.
- Ability to write efficient, secure, and reusable code.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous job stability with a proven track record of consistent employment.
Preferred Skills :
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript).
Education :
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Master's degree preferred but not required
