Job description (About the Role)

As our Content & Social Media Manager, you will own the end-to-end creation, execution, and optimization of content across all channels: blogs, social media, events, webinars, white papers, and more. You'll craft compelling narratives that educate, engage, and convert our target audiences i.e. Prospects, Partners and Industry Influencers. You will take end-to-end ownership of content generation and social media promotions.

Key Deliverables (What Will You Do)

• Content Strategy and Creation: Write and oversee production of content across blogs, white papers, case studies, infographics, email campaigns and event collateral.
• Social Media Management: Build and execute channel-specific plans for LinkedIn, events and PR including social media promotion, internal promotions, brand announcements, paid ads etc
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Coordinate with Sales, Presales and PMMs to ensure on-brand messaging and follow-up campaigns.
• Project Management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
• Content Distribution + Adoption: Ensure the content is amplified and distributed across different platforms to get enough traction (internal emailers, external emailers, social media etc)
• Market research: Exceptional research skills to drive content creation. Craft winning content based on industry research, competitor research and business offerings.
• SEO expertise: Improve website ranking and visibility with Seo optimized content. Monitor Seo metrics; adjust tactics to hit engagement, ranking and conversion goals.

Job Specification (What Will You Need)

• Experience: A seasoned content professional with 4+ years of hands-on experience in B2B content marketing and social media
• Industry Knowledge: Basic understanding of logistics, supply chain, or transportation industries is a plus.

Skills & Competencies:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent research and prospecting abilities.
• Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
• Exceptional storytelling and writing skills, with strong grasp of SEO best practices
• Proven track record growing organic social media presence and engagement
• Collaborative mindset: comfortable working with Sales, Design, Event and PMM teams
• Strong project management with ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines
• Good understanding of SEO optimization techniques for improving website visibility
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
