Our bouquet of Modernization Engineering Services cuts across Cloud, Data, Dynamics, Contact Centers, and around newer technologies like Generative AI, MS Fabric, and other modernization platforms.ResponsibilitiesExperience: 5+ yearsLocation: Bangalore (5 days WHO)Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to ecommerce platforms, retail operations, and customer engagement.Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories for development teams.Conduct gap analysis, process mapping, and feasibility studies to support solution design.Work closely with UX/UI designers, developers, QA teams, and product managers to ensure successful delivery of features and enhancements.Support product backlog grooming, sprint planning, and UAT activities.Stay updated on industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging technologies in ecommerce and retail.Required Skills & Qualifications:5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Retail OR Ecommerce domainStrong understanding of ecommerce platforms Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Excel, SQL, and data visualization platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
