About the Role and Requirement:

  • Experience in financial management, preferably in a manufacturing or plant environment.
  • Experience in budgeting, forecasting, cost control, and financial reporting.
  • Experience with capex project finance and vendor management.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in financial systems, SAP software, and MS Office tools.
  • Manage day-to-day financial activities of the plant ensuring seamless operations and adherence to internal processes.
  • Drive cost efficiency initiatives by controlling expenses, optimizing resources, and improving financial processes.
  • Oversee accurate and timely financial reporting aligned with company standards and statutory requirements.
  • Contribute actively to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) by analyzing budgets vs actual spends and recommending cost optimization strategies.
  • Ensure timely processing and payment of accounts.
  • Assist in compiling financial support documents required for audits, financial reporting, and management decisions.


Experience:

  • 05yrs to 15yrs relevant experience


Qualification:

  • Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification or equivalent professional finance qualification.
