Position - Oracle HCM EBS Techno-Functional Consultant

Job Description -

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5–7 years of experience in Oracle HCM EBS implementations and support.
  • Experience with Civil Services Policies and Procedures (for roles in KSA, UAE or similar regions).
  • Oracle certifications in HRMS/HCM are a plus.
  • Strong experience in Oracle EBS HCM modules (HRMS, Payroll, SSHR, Absence Management).
  • Hands-on experience with OAF Customization and Oracle JDeveloper.
  • Strong PL/SQL, XML Publisher, Oracle Workflow, and personalization techniques.
  • Expertise in Fast Formula development and debugging.
  • Proficiency in Oracle APEX development for custom applications and reporting.
  • Solid experience in Data Migration techniques and tools (SQL Loaders, API, HDL).
  • Understanding of HR business processes and ability to translate them into Oracle solutions.
