Role : Workday Functional Consultant (Payroll, Talent, Benefits, Finance)

Experience : 8-10 Years

Location : Bangalore

Roles and responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities :

Payroll Module :

1. Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, including tax setup, deduction management, and payroll processing.

2. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations.

3. Support payroll audits and reconciliations, and resolve payroll discrepancies.

4. Assist in the integration of payroll with other systems.

Talent Management Module :

1. Configure and optimize Workday Talent Management, including performance management, succession planning, and career development.

2. Implement and manage talent acquisition processes, from requisition to onboarding.

3. Provide training and support to HR and management teams on talent management functionalities.

Befits Module :

1. Design and configure Workday Benefits, including health, welfare, and retirement plans.

2. Ensure accurate enrollment and administration of benefits programs.

3. Handle benefits reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements.

4. Coordinate with benefits providers and resolve employee inquiries.

Finance Module :

1. Configure and maintain Workday Financials, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and asset management.

2. Support financial planning and analysis activities.

3. Ensure data integrity and accuracy in financial reporting.

4. Collaborate with finance teams to optimize financial processes and workflows.
