They ensure that employees within their zone are equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.ResponsibilitiesTraining Program Development: Collaborate with the training department and management to identify training needs within the zone.Develop training programs tailored to the specific requirements of the zone, taking into account regional nuances and challenges.Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for employees within the zone, both in-person and through virtual platforms.Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions that facilitate learning and skill development.Utilize a variety of training methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles.Performance Evaluation: Assess the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms, evaluations, and performance metrics.Monitor the performance of employees within the zone and identify areas for improvement.Support and Coaching: Provide ongoing support and coaching to employees to reinforce learning and skill application.Address individual training needs and challenges through one-on-one coaching sessions.Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, evaluations, and feedback.Generate reports on training effectiveness, progress, and areas for improvement within the zone.Collaboration: Collaborate with other trainers, department heads, and HR personnel to ensure alignment of training initiatives with organizational goals.Share best practices and insights with colleagues to enhance overall training effectiveness. QualificationsBachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Education, Human Resources, Business Administration, MBA marketing).Proven experience in training and development, preferably in a similar role or industry.Strong communication and presentation skills.Ability to engage and motivate learners.Excellent organizational and time management abilities.Proficiency in using training tools and technologies.Flexibility to travel within the designated zone as required.Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and practices within the designated zone.Experience in managing remote or dispersed teams is a plus. Required SkillsLanguages Must Know: Bengali, EnglishAble to handle client exceptions.Indian Equity Market Knowledge. Preferred Skills2-3 years in Sales experience & 2-3 years real-time Experience as a Product trainer.
