Stay updated on and be willing to work with the latest procurement tool developments.Manage the scope and statement of work (SOW) for procurement projects. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring effective project delivery. Facilitate requirements and design sessions to define project goals.Lead project planning and management, ensuring milestones are met. Oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and final sign-offs.Manage and mentor project team members, providing guidance and support. Design, facilitate, and support the implementation of IT changes, collaborating with business units and external service providers.Your ProfileEvaluate business processes, anticipate requirements, identify areas for improvement, and develop/implement appropriate solutions. Ensure solutions meet business needs and project requirements.Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users, ensuring alignment and effective communication. Ensure all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs.Perform risk management activities to minimize project risks.
