Key Responsibilities:

  • Configuration: Configure and customize SAP FICO modules to meet business requirements.
  • Implementation: Assist in SAP FICO module implementation for both new and existing clients. Provide support during the design, testing, and deployment phases.
  • Business Process Analysis: Analyse and understand the financial processes of the organization and develop optimized solutions.
  • Support: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP FICO post-implementation issues.
  • User Training: Conduct training sessions for end-users on SAP FICO functionalities and best practices.
  • Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed documentation on configurations, customizations, and procedures.
  • Integration: Work with other SAP modules (MM, SD, etc.) to ensure seamless integration of the SAP FICO system with other business processes.
  • Testing: Coordinate and perform testing of SAP FICO functionalities to ensure system integrity and business requirements are met.

Preferred Skills:

  • 3 to 4 years of experience in SAP FICO module implementation and support.
  • Strong knowledge of SAP Finance (FI) and Controlling (CO) modules and integration with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and HR.
  • Familiarity with key financial accounting processes FI, such as accounts payable, accounts receivable, asset accounting, and general ledger, parallel ledger accounting, document splitting.
  • Familiarity with key financial accounting processes CO, such cost centre accounting, profit centre accounting, internal order, budgeting, product cost planning, COPA.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.
  • Proficient in business process mapping and documentation.
  • Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • SAP FICO certification is preferred.
