Job Description :

We are looking for a seasoned Syniti Consultant with over 5 years of experience to support our data management initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for implementing, customizing, and optimizing Syniti data management solutions to meet our clients' needs. You will work closely with clients and internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Requirements :


- Technical expertise in SAP and Data migration tools like Syniti

- Should be able to lead Development team and help them with technical blockers.

- Experience in developing reusable artifacts/frameworks, re-usable assets, industry solutions, reference architecture etc.

- Good written and verbal skills, fluent English

- Decent understanding on RDBMS concepts

Work and Technical Experience :


- SAP Techno-Functional or Functional experience; 3+ full SAP implementation lifecycle(s)

- Expert level business-process knowledge associated with one or more of the following SAP functional modules: FI, CO, MM, SD, PM, PP, PS

- Proficient in BackOffice CranSoft/DSP/SAP Data Services/other Data Migration tools like Syniti

- Extensive data quality and data migration experience using tools like Syniti, including proficiency in data warehousing, data analysis and conversion planning for data migration activities.

- Proficient in Microsoft- SQL preferred: SQL query skills, comprehensive understanding of SQL Table structure and an understanding of relational databases.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure Syniti data management solutions, including Syniti Data Migration (ADM), Syniti Data Replication (SDR), and Syniti Master Data Management (MDM).

- Analyze client data requirements and design customized solutions to address their data management challenges.

- Perform data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.

- Conduct data quality assessments and implement data cleansing strategies.

- Develop and execute data migration plans and strategies.

- Provide training and support to clients on Syniti solutions.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of Syniti solutions with existing systems.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Syniti solutions.

- Stay updated on the latest Syniti features, best practices, and industry trends.
