Full Stack Developer

[Quation Solutions]: Full Stack Developer


- Delivering high-quality code for strategic web-based solutions using contemporary software engineering practices, devops, and agile principles.

- Ensuring faithful coding, testing, and compliance with ui design systems and component libraries.

- Enhancing software quality through adherence to coding standards and facilitating peer reviews.

- Maintaining up-to-date technical documentation.

- Collaborating with product owners, ui/ux designers, and other developers to deliver value continuously.

- Leading and mentoring a small web development team effectively.

Requirements:


- 5-8 years of relevant experience.

Frontend skills:


- Proficiency in html5 css, and javascript.

- Experience with frameworks like angular, react, or vue. js .

- Familiarity with css libraries (scss/less/stylus) and flexbox.

- Proficiency in versioning systems (git/bitbucket/gitlab) and package managers (npm/yarn).

- Knowledge of ci/cd pipelines and integration tools like jenkins.

- Good understanding of cloud platforms (aws, azure) and microservice architecture.

Backend skills:


- Hands-on experience with django and python.

- Proficiency in django, and rest apis.

- Knowledge of rdbms and nosql databases.

- Understanding of code versioning tools such as git or svn.

- Familiarity with user authentication and authorization mechanisms.

Additional skills:


- Background in life sciences and functional knowledge is advantageous.

- Ability to ensure design consistency and adherence to development standards.

- Capability to guide development teams and enforce best practices.

- Proficiency in designing and developing reusable frameworks and interface specifications.

- Proactive approach towards identifying and mitigating vulnerabilities, capable of handling increasingly complex product analysis and development tasks.
