You'll work closely with product and engineering teams, collaborating to diagnose and resolve complex technical challenges. This dynamic role offers invaluable hands-on exposure to cutting-edge cloud technologies and provides a unique opportunity to contribute to the continuous improvement of our cloud services.ResponsibilitiesTroubleshoot and resolve cloud-related issues, collaborate with engineering teams to optimize performance, monitor systems to implement improvements, and document solutions and best practices.Act as a consultant and subject matter expert for internal stakeholders in Engineering, Sales, and customer organizations to resolve deployment and operational obstacles in AI infrastructure environments.Work closely with multiple Product and Engineering teams to find ways to improve the product, and interact with our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) teams to drive high-quality production.
