Roles and Responsibilities


Smartsheet Solution Design & Development

  • Act as the Smartsheet expert for the organization.
  • Build and maintain automated workflows, custom dashboards, and integrations using Smartsheet API and scripting.
  • Develop project templates, forms, and intake processes for consistent execution.

Automation & Technical Support

  • Configure automated notifications, alerts, and approval flows.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal users, promoting best practices and adoption.

Data Management & Reporting

  • Create interactive dashboards for real-time visibility into project status and KPIs.
  • Utilize Data Mesh and Data Shuttle for linking and consolidating data across sheets and external sources.
  • Oversee reporting needs for PMO and leadership teams.

Integration & Collaboration

  • Integrate Smartsheet with other enterprise tools (e.g., M365, ITSM, Procore).
  • Collaborate with PMO and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless data flow and governance.

Continuous Improvement

  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions for efficiency.
  • Contribute to governance, scalability, and transparency in Smartsheet usage.


Key Skills

  • Technical Expertise: Smartsheet Control Center, dashboards, formulas, automation, API integration.
  • Project Management Knowledge: Familiarity with RAID logs, resource planning, scenario modelling.
  • Analytical Skills: Data modelling, reporting, and visualization.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Preferred: Experience with related tools (Excel, Power BI, M365), and exposure to data centre or operations projects.
